Payment.

Payment to be made at each appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Contactless payments are preferred.

I offer BACS transfer prior to your appointment or card payments on the date of your appointment.

 

 

Cancellation policy.

I understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I ask that if you do cancel your appointment that he let me know at the earliest opportunity.

Appointments cancelled with greater than 24 hours notice will incur no fee.

Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service.

Clients who do not attend and do not notify me in advance will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service.

I understand the emergencies and illnesses can arise therefore last minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies and illnesses will generally not result in any missed session charges. However this will be determined at my discretion.

Deposit payment must be made when booking the appointment so that appropriate fees may be charged if a if highlight cancellation does occur.

 

Late arrival.

All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for me to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. For your first appointment please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the client intake form.
